On an unknown island, far away from any sort of civilization, the United States scientists have found a way to create brainless, soul-sucking creatures primarily known as zombies in an underground laboratory. Edric scared and concerned goes on a journey to find out the truth after his mother/aunt and sisters/cousins say nothing to him and a doctor tries to do surgery on him. He escapes the the castle with a slave-boy who he befriended, Rowan, and goes on a adventure to find the truth behind "the bleeding", his family, and the goddess.
