Stan's family left South Park when he was 14 years old, but they came back the summer after his junior year in high school. When Stan moved, he stopped contacting everyone from his hometown, including Kyle. Kyle wants nothing to do with Stan anymore since he just dropped him like he was nothing. But when they see each other again, nothing goes as planned.

During a game of truth or dare, unbeknownst to Kyle, a very drunk Stan agrees to a dare where he has to pretend to date Kyle and then break up with him a month later. Kyle truly loved the other, so, of course, he said yes to a date and became the other's boyfriend. But will Stan end up falling for the other?
