Gordon Steward (OC), ein guter Freund von Oliver, ist mit seiner Familie zu Besuch in Starling City. Dumm nur, dass Gordon in China für die Amerikanische Botschaft arbeitet und dass es in Starling Leute gibt, die etwas gegen genau diese Botschaft haben. Als dann auch noch Gordons Frau entführt wird, um diesen zu erpressen, werden sowohl seine Freundschaft und sein Vertrauen zu Oliver, als auch dessen Fähigkeiten als "Arrow" auf eine harte Probe gestellt.

Oliver passiert etwas, was einem Rächer der Nacht eigentlich nicht passieren sollte: Sein Tank ist lehr. Kilometerweit von der nächsten Tankstelle entfernt steht er ohne funktionierenden fahrbaren Untersatz im Regen und verflucht sein Schicksal. Und dann ist da ja noch der Ungeliebte Job eines CEOs eines erfolgreichen Unternehmens, der irgenwie wahrgenommen werden muss. Wie Oliver mit all diesen Widrigkeiten fertig wird, und wie er sein Motorrad und sich wieder nach Hause bringt, davon handelt diese Geschichte. Außerdem denke ich, dass es schon lange Zeit ist, dass eine weitere Person sein Geheimnis erfährt. Mal sehen... Zur kurzen Information: Die Story ist irgendwo in den ersten Folgen der zweiten Staffel angesiedelt... Sorry ich stecke im Moment bis über beide Ohren in meinen Klausur -Vorbereitungen, also seid bitte nicht böse, wenn ich lange nichts update. Die erste Folge der ersten Staffel Arrow beginnt mit Olivers Rettung von der Insel. Die nächste Scene ist die, in der seine Mutter ihn aus dem Krankenhaus abholt. Aber was passiert dazwischen? Ich habe mir da so meine Gedanken gemacht und einfach mal drauf los geschrieben und irgendwie hat diese Geschichte dann ein Eigenleben entwickelt.
