Jungwon, a quiet and withdrawn high school student, moves to a small seaside village after the loss of his parents. He spends his days sitting by the ocean, lost in thought until he meets Jay, a slightly older aspiring musician who's known in village for writing songs.
The two form a quiet friendship, sharing silent mornings and fleeting conversations. Jay finds himself drawn to Jungwon's calm presence, while Jungwon starts to look forward to the warmth Jay brings into his otherwise muted world.
But just as their bond deepens, Jungwon leaves without a word.
Three years later, Jungwon returns, more mature, quieter, but with his feelings still intact. Jay, however, is no longer the same person. Burdened by the loneliness of being left behind and the memories of a love that never got the chance to bloom, he now keeps Jungwon at arm's length.
Can two people who once found comfort in each other's silence find their way back through the noise of regret, fear, and unspoken words?
