I don't think I want to escape." The psychologist took a moment of silence, shifting his glance from you to the paper on his desk. He lightly took a breath, as to not dishearten me, but I knew. "Alex," he returned his gaze to me, "are you sure? You are an independent woman, and... even though your mother and I are very worried for you, you are entitled to do as you wish." He paused, folding his hands in front on him on the desk, "But as soon as things turn... sour, we can not continue this." "I understand," I say with as much seriousness as I can muster. I stand and grab my bag, heading for the door. "Same time next week?" He asks, shifting in his chair behind me. "Yeah," I say, twisting the doorknob and facing him, "and... thank you, for worrying about me, cousin."

Friendships ended, job opportunities didn't pan out, relationships came to a halt. This was your life, 20, unemployed, with just enough money to start anew. Why did you decide to move?
