He never believed in love. She never believed in marriage. At twenty-five, Arjun Singh rules his conglomerate with an iron will and a colder heart. Every decision is calculated. Every weakness eliminated. Marriage is nothing more than a strategic alliance-another contract to secure power. At twenty, Yashna Chaudhary is chasing her CA qualification, determined to build a life defined by ambition, not attachment. Raised in the shadow of a broken marriage, she trusts numbers more than promises-and logic more than love. But destiny has other plans. Bound by circumstances neither of them chose, they enter a marriage built on obligation, not affection. He claims her as his because that is what the contract demands. She wears his ring but refuses to surrender her independence. Attraction simmers beneath stolen glances. Desire lingers in the silence between them. But neither is willing to admit the truth. Because falling in love was never part of the arrangement. And in a marriage ruled by control, the most dangerous thing of all might be surrender.

Rooh Mehra has always lived her life by the rules - the obedient daughter of a middle-class, orthodox family. Sweet, naïve, yet quietly fierce, she believes love and marriage should be built on trust. But destiny has other plans. When her innocence is trapped in a scandal on the eve of Neel Rathore's wedding - a man she barely knows, yet shares distant blood with - her world shatters. Overnight, she's thrust into the role of his wife, not out of love, but out of compulsion. Neel, the cold and arrogant heir to a powerful business empire, never wanted this marriage. His heart belonged elsewhere, his life mapped out. To him, Rooh is nothing but a mistake... a reminder of betrayal he can't forgive. But how long can obedience silence her voice? How long before pride turns into passion, and strangers chained by fate discover a desire neither of them can deny? ✨ A tale of forced marriage, betrayal, family honor, and the slow burn of love that sparks in the ashes of hatred.

In the busy streets of Delhi, Saanvi Rai lives through colors - paint-stained fingers, messy sketchbooks, and dreams bigger than what her family expects from her. She's loud, talkative, and a little insecure. He's quiet, grumpy, and impossible to read. When an arranged marriage ties her to Rehaan Thakur - a reserved chartered accountant who barely speaks but feels too deeply - their worlds clash in the most unexpected ways. Awkward meetings. Tiny auto rides. Soft glances. Slowly growing comfort. Somewhere between silence and chaos, they begin to find something that feels like home. Because maybe love isn't dramatic. Maybe it's simply two hearts... sketching forever together.

This story exists because aunties have unlimited data plans. Every family function. Every temple visit. Every "accidental" phone call on speaker. Information was collected. Observed. Stored. And my mom? A premium subscription source. What you're about to read is built from 10% real-life gossip and 90% overthinking. Names changed. Drama upgraded. Logic sometimes missing. If you recognize someone in here - no, you don't. Welcome to the only place my brain prefers to live instead of doing something useful. Let's take a break from productivity. It clearly wasn't working anyway.

Previously titled "The Kadhal Kadhai Publications" He was the forgotten son. She was the least-loved daughter. Together, they might just rewrite fate. Karthik Hariharan was never meant to inherit anything, not his so called father's empire, nor the weight of a name he never asked to bear. While his brother lived beneath the spotlight, Karthik chose silence, distance, and peace. All he ever wanted was something of his own, a publishing house built from quiet persistence and heart. So when his grandmother unexpectedly offers him his late mother's property, it feels like fate finally nodding his way. But there's one condition, he must marry. Karthik hates the idea. Marriage means noise, expectations, compromise, all the things he's spent years escaping. Until Krithika Ganeshan enters his life. His sister-in-law's sister. Confident, unafraid, and far too stubborn for her own good. Her proposal is simple, a contract marriage. Her freedom, his chance. What begins as an agreement soon unravels into something neither can define. And as Karthik finds himself drawn toward her warmth, he also feels the quiet life he built beginning to tremble. Because when the past he's buried resurfaces, Karthik must decide. Will he protect the calm he's fought to build, or the woman who makes him want to break every wall he's ever built?

Book-1, 18+, mature, don't read if you are not comfortable, the male lead is a antihero, and the female lead is soft. Although there is no cheating or physical abuse but characters are morally grey. A criminal lawyer haunted by past , trying to find murderers of his father, emotionally suppressed due to childhood struggles, a young woman burdened by financial crises works as maid despite holding a graduation degree in fine arts. A union of both not arranged marriage, not love marriage, not contract marriage, not forced marriage but a marriage based on mutual want and need and that is not love. And feel free to comment as I am a new ( I can't say myself author or writer) but yes, I am new to it. So you can comment if you want but please don't comment negatively, if you do not like don't read. I am open for criticism ( I will accept my fault or try to discuss them if said in right way)but not ugly negativity .
