A collection of short stories centred around Hunter and Y/N. Most of these take place in an alternate universe. Also, a spoiler warning for season 2 of The Owl House is appropriate.

You play as (Y/N), a young witch in the Emperor's Coven who enjoys practicing magic, looking intimidating, and most importantly, annoying your least favorite-frustrating know it all-stick in the mud coworker....also known as the Golden Guard. But as you uncover forbidden secrets, you find yourself more and more in need of his support- and vice versa. Reader has no pronouns other than (Y/N), so people of all pronouns and gender identity should hopefully be able to relate :)

Hunter, the former Golden Guard, dashes off to chase a lone path.Thus, the effects of crippling news, he leaves his old duties behind. Sam feels lucky to fill the gap, stepping up to the plate to serve Emperor Belos with full loyalty. They gets one clear task. Hunt down Hunter and drag him back to the emperor. But a strange pull tugs at Sam deep inside, causing them to turn away from the order. Sam picks Hunter's free life instead. The two draw tight together now while banding with the other witches practicing wild magic in hopes to defeat their corrupt ruler.

Hunter after finding out the truth about his uncle, Emperor Belos, being abused and Belos discovered Flapjack, Hunter finally escapes and must deal with the aftershocks.
