Katsuki Bakugou has always been very cocky. He's never cared for anyone but himself, always getting himself into trouble and not giving a damn about the consequences. He's only 16 when he first gets involved with the police, and 18 when he decided to shoplift with his friends. Only, this time, he was caught. His mother was the one to talk him out of trouble, and then scolded him on the way home. "You're eighteen, you're an adult now. You're gonna go back to school, or get a goddamn job. If you don't pull yourself together by the end of the month, you're out of the house!" Mitsuki screamed, frantically waving her hands around as she dragged her drop-out son to the car. The young man didn't give a damn, and refused to make a choice. So his father made one for him - He'd be working at the local library - with his grandmother. Izuku Midoriya is known as the quiet, shy kid. He's only starting his senior year, and excited to graduate so he can head off to university and into his dream job. He spends most of his time studying - although he doesn't need to, he's naturally smart and only reviews his notes out of boredom. Which is why he thought it'd be best to get a job. He'd be able to make money, and do something productive out of his free time. He started working at the library after finishing his junior year, and fell in love with it, so he stayed longer than expected. A simple, quiet job, where he got to meet new people. His only coworker is a sweet old Spanish lady, who talks a lot. [I wrote this awhile ago but never posted it] preview: I was walking the streets of the Northern Water Tribe. It reminded me of the conversations I had with Princess Yue about 10 years ago. "Let's do an... activity together-" I remember telling her. We laughed about it until her death. - But this day, I'm not here so Aang can learn Waterbending or for me to flirt with a girl. Katara wanted her second child--her first daughter- to be born in the Northern tribe. I found myself sitting on a bench by a pond, but close enough to the hospital where my sister and the Avatar were. As time went on, I noticed that almost all my friends were married. Zuko had Mai (pretty sure) and I didn't know about toph, if she had a love life or anything. "I hope Toph's okay." I think to myself. then it dawns on me. I have Suki! I jumped up and ran to my home - yes, I have two houses. As the Chief of the Southern tribe, I own two homes - anyway, I open the door and notice aFire Nationn messenger hawk. No. not just any messenger hawk. It was Hawky! "How 'ya been, Hawky?" I ask my old friend. He doesn't remember me, and squawks and flaps his wings in my face, messing up my hair, and placing a letter in my hand, then flying out an empty window. I eagerly open the scroll and notice it's Suki's handwriting. I began to read. Before i knew it, tears were rolling down my face and onto the page... "Take this to Firelord Zuko in the capital city in the fire nation," I command the bird. I don't have to say anything more and the messenger hawk is on its way. I take a detour to the spirit oasis, the last place I had seen Yue - now Moon-Spirit Yue- and sit on a rock by the pond, watching the spirit fish swim in a circle. I felt tears start welling up and I left.

A new kid appears at Kyoshi High with no explanation. Sokka is everything Zuko hates; popular, loud, oblivious, and a jock. Sokka doesn't understand why Zuko can't take a joke. They then realize faking a relationship would benefit them both. But then real sparks fly and suddenly the feelings aren't fake. Will they admit their feelings or will it always be a what if? And yet Lance accidentally invoked in a mess that's more then he can handle. But with Keith's help they might just make it. This is a role play I did with a friend turned into a story. With both of them having homophobic parents, they struggle to build what starts out a purely sexual relationship, while under the judgmental eyes of their families.
