He constantly changes his appearances, seemingly adapting to weaknesses? The core descriptions stay the same however. Angular eyes, obviously some form of lenses of varying coloration and lighting levels. Some said his lenses would glow, others said they were just solid white but didn't glow. All stayed consistent on one thing though...a spider emblem on the chest of varying size. The current description seems to be a red and blue suit that has some glowing highlights that seems to do a large amount of tuings. Whoever this vigilante is, his movements are too sporadic and unpredictable for the GCPD to land a pattern on his movements. Now it's up to the Batman to try and crack the case of what people are calling the "Spider Man" and determine if he's a force to be trusted or not.
