(Based on the movies, set in 2001) A boy from New York born into privilege and gifted with intelligence comes to London for supplies and to go to Hogwarts, expecting to be intellectually challenged in a way America could never manage. Fairly soon into his time away from the States, he meets a girl whose intellect matches his own in Hermione Granger and they make quick friends. As tragedy strikes Sammy, and he grows into his own, will their friendship last or will it develop into something more?
