Izuku Midoriya is not alone, he has what he calls brothers but there really just other personalities. Izuku suffers from MPD because of all the bullying Kachan did. Now there's four of them with Shai, Tanoshi and Kurutta being the personalities. They grew up being bullied for there disorder, but he had enough in middle school sighing up for UA. He wanted to become a hero and protect kids like him, kids that are different and can't help them selfs. The only people who know his secret is his mom and Kachan. Izuku needs this to be a secret for if he starts getting bullied he can't focus on becoming a hero. Things can happen behind the scenes that no one notices. Bad things that is.
