Russia is the assistant and son of the well known detective, USSR. He lives in a world full of abilities and powers, his own ability allows him to create animals made of ice. However, when his father is assigned to a case with a criminal that has drove various detectives and officers mad trying to catch him, USSR can not simply decline. This famous criminal is known by the name of USA, a man well known for killing serial killers and working in the black market. He is a feared figure across the whole world. But how has this man managed to avoid capture and escape it every time? Well, it has to do entirely with his own ability. USA possesses the ability to shapeshift into different forms, each with their own little perks and advantages. There is literally a filing cabinet full of as much information as possibly gathered on each of his forms, nicknamed "State forms" as USA himself calls them. Though, after meeting Russia, USA takes an interest and starts telling more information than usual to Russia, stringing him along for his own amusement. But even with all this information, will America ever truly be caught and locked up for good? America always wanted to be famous ever since he was little, he made sure nothing I mean nothing blocked his way to fame. He wanted to make his parents proud of him, so he pushed away his friends he didn't want any distractions. Not until Russia came into his life, no matter how hard the try to grow distant from Russia. And his past self is trying to warn him. When will America reach his breaking point? When will he finally realized how much Russia means to him? Our hero is tired of how he is being treated, and is ready to retaliate. He could do it alone, but he wants to find his allies. His real allies, not the ones he thought were his friends. He is going to retaliate towards the people who doubted him, and it is going to hit them hard. He is going to be a hero, this is a dream he is not going to give up. But, there are going to be questions. 'How is he able to do that?', 'America cant be that smart, can he?'. But the real question is... Is the world prepared for the retaliation of their fed-up hero?

Russia has an online friend, Cosmos, who he talks to almost every night. They are the best of friends, and they chat and play games together everyday. Just as Russia was beginning to discover he has feelings for Cosmos, Cosmos stops responding to Russia and Russia is left worried and afraid. One week later, however, Russia finds a letter in the mail from Cosmos. The letter goes on and on, but eventually leads Russia on a journey to find out what happened to his friend and figure out his new strange feelings towards Cosmos. ~~~ America has an online friend, Rei, who he talks to almost every night. They are the best of friends, and they chat and play games together everyday. America's always loved talking and playing games with his friend. He's never gone to a real school, being stuck inside a hospital his whole life; so, he makes up for that by having as much contact with his friend as he can. But everything changes when America's doctors tell him he only has about a month left to live. That day, America decides that he's going to live the life he's always dreamed of, even if it costs him his life. He only has a month left to live, anyway.

The tall tale of the later hardships faced by "the gifted child". As Russia ages, he finds his life dulling because he has nothing to live for. He had already succeeded in so much that his life loses purpose. One fateful day he unexpectedly befriends America who understands exactly how he is feeling. He persuades Russia to partake in deadly events with him to help him feel excitement again. Intelligently gifted depressed psychopaths should never become addicted to danger... or become besties. 🦠🦠🦠 America glances back over to me with a menacing grin plastered onto his face. He laughs and its echo haunts my ears. "I don't think I'm insane; surely my entire situation is understandable. If it weren't, I would've been put into that asylum when I was younger." I stare into his doe mismatched colored eyes. What the hell did I get myself into? "America, you are insane." I repeat. I was truly at a loss for words and had conflicting emotions. Crossing the street blindfolded was the last thing I had expected him to try. And yet, I was even more disturbed at how much I wanted to try it for myself... "And so are you, Russia." he says chillingly as if he had a key to my gated mind. "We are not so different and you know it. You are not normal; you revealed that to me in your past. Our horrible childhoods molded us into what we are today. " "I'm not fucking crazy."
