Broke Hoe; Bad Vibes

Mila Hartfelt is one strong independent black woman, or so she thinks. The truth is, she can't go six months without needing a man to take care of her, and she can't even keep a relationship for that long. Why? Well because Mila has a type of a man that she likes to go after. They're usually ballers or rappers and they all treat her the same. Sleep with her, cheat on her, and leave her. What happens when her friend's older brother takes a liking to her? He tries his best to prove to her that they are meant to be, but Mila being Mila, is conflicted with her feelings towards him and doesn't know if taking a leap of faith would be worth it. He is after all, not her type.

Just some poems and lines that I've thought of or will think up. -when I start writing, I can go on for hours because my mind is on overdrive and nothing else matters

I am challenging myself to be great at my craft. If I want to be the best, I must have the best work effort. So this project will be daily poems ranging from different topics. What do you do when you are the strong one, but you need someone to lean on? I wrote this poem feeling that I, sometimes give people joy, and hope in my poems.
