It was the only city in the world that Quirks did not appear in, due to a barrier protecting the city. | | | | (A lot of things will be changed, you will understand more as you read. But I will give a brief summary of changes: -The abuse Akutagawa went through with Dazai was minor and resembled actual training. HE WAS A GOOD MENTOR in other words. -Mori isn't Pedoph!l!c in this and he actually treated the kids in the PM as if they were his kids. He was only harsh in words when he needed to be, like a strict parent. -Also wanna say here that none of the relationships are toxic in anyway and they are actually relatively healthy. -Also wanna mention that while the PM members were treated better, the PM is still a "criminal" organization and still commits crimes for the sake of Yokohama *most of the time*. -Just saying this here: the DOA will not be making appearances but they will be mentioned.
