Daniella Nicole Lovato, or Dani, 14. Older sister of Maddison De La Garza. Younger sister of Dallas Lovato and famouse pop star Demi Lovato. Last daughter of Dianna De La Garza with Patrick Lovato. She's been kept hidden, and still is, since birth. Why? Because everybody wants her to live a normal life without cameras and flashes bombarded at her face. But they don't tell her this, which makes her think that she's not good enough to be awknowledge. And this leads to some problems.

Sierra is given the chance of a life time: The chance to dance on stage at one of Demi Lovato's concerts. First, she has to go through a competition, and she won't let her life outside of dance stop her from competing. She has confidence issues, though, which hold her back from going all out. When at the competition, something tragic happens that chances Sierra's life completely. Demi takes her into her care, where Sierra has to try even harder to keep her secrets. Will Demi ever find out? Will Demi be able to save Sierra in time? Or will Sierra always be known as the one who tried too hard?
