"I'm certain you will become a pro hero someday." Hawks opened his eyes and looked up at me, his soft smile making my heartbeat fasten. "You really think so?" I nodded and tucked one strand of his hair behind his ear. I didn't even think about what I was doing. I wasn't scared to embarrass myself anymore. I wasn't even thinking about anything anymore. Nothing surrounding us mattered. My brother could come running towards us standing in flames and I'd still need to be slapped some sense into before I would react. Hawk's smile grew a bit, but stayed soft. "If I become a pro hero, you'll be one too. Let's... be heroes together. Like a duo or something... Like partners. You have crimson hair and I have crimson wings. It would fit so well." I smiled brighter at him. The thought of growing up and becoming heroes with him made me so happy. - But things can change so fast. Someone can become a completely new person in only a few years. Two childhood "friends" meet after many years again and realize that their feelings for each other haven't faded at all. But can a villain and a hero really be together or are they destined to fall apart?

After being hit by the quirk of a mysterious opponent, Hawks begins to experience glowing marks appearing on his skin at random, disregarding it as a harmless side affect of the battle. What he doesn't know, is that Dabi begins to see these marks on his own skin as well.

After middle school Touya Todoroki was done. He was done with his father, and all the horrible things he did to him and his family. He was done, knowing that the only person who truly cared about him was his childhood friend, Keigo. He knew that Keigo was the only one who would dare shed a tear at his fake funeral. After the realization of all of this, he ran away. Throwing away the name Touya and becoming the well known villain today, "Dabi". But what happens when "Dabi" gets an assignment having to do with a certain number 2 hero?
