He was built for war. Bred for dominance. Bound by instinct. I was only supposed to salvage a dead ship. But deep inside the wreckage, I found him - a sleeping alien warlord locked in obsidian, armor fused to skin, and a relic pulsing beneath his chest like a second heart. When I touched it, I woke him. Now I'm marked. Bound. And he's in heat - relentless, primal, and focused on only one thing: me. Serron Valek doesn't ask for permission. He doesn't wait. He claims, knots, and fills until the bond takes root. He says I belong to him now - body, mind, and womb. I should run. But when he growls my name like a vow and pins me down like I'm the only thing left in the galaxy worth worshipping... I don't want to escape. I want more. -- Kamyawski

Lyra is one of four humans who awakens in a dazzling but dangerous world, lightyears from home. The stars are unfamiliar. The skies burn with twin moons. And Earth, as they knew it, is gone-erased by a cataclysm they can't explain. Somehow, the four of them have appeared where they shouldn't-even in theory. Declared anomalies by the Tharions, an advanced and war-forged alien race, the humans are placed under guarded observation. Assigned to watch over them is Kael Vel'Sar: heir to the throne, commander of the Royal Forces of Tharion Accord, and a figure whispered about more for his battlefield legend than his compassion. As Lyra begins to adjust to the new reality, she finds herself inexplicably drawn to Kael, whose loyalty to his people runs as deep as the scars of war across his skin. Kael is bound by tradition, honor, and blood. His duty is to protect his world, investigate the time-tossed humans, and report to the Council . But Lyra is unlike anyone he's ever met- curious, fearless and irresistibly human. Their chemistry ignites the moment they meet... a heat neither of them dares touch. Kael is forbidden to bond with an outsider. But Lyra is already a disruption to Tharion order. And because one kiss could shatter an empire. In a world where love between species is not just taboo but treason, Lyra and Kael must choose between their hearts and the fragile alliance that is all that stands between peace and extinction.

Survival in space was our only option. The dying earth and its sickly inhabitants forced us to flee to the stars. My father, the commander of the elite group chosen to live amongst the stars, brought me along for the journey. And everything was going smoothly until I unexpectedly woke up on a new planet, one with an ethereal glow and an eerie resemblance to our old home as the commander of the military space force, my father tasked his men with exploring this new world. But what they discovered was far from welcoming. This new planet was already inhabited by terrifying creatures, and they were not happy with our presence. His men fought to survive against these beasts, I couldn't help but wonder why they were so hostile towards us. That's when one of them approached me, defying everything we had been warned about. Instead of attacking, it watched me pick flowers before later saving me from a fiery blast. Now it's my turn to save him. Please read the prologue in the beginning before going to Chapter 1. I know a lot of people skip Prologues, however, it has important information that will give you a better understanding of what's going on in other chapters. Feel free to comment and vote. In a future where science has unlocked secrets once thought impossible, Earth's most ambitious project is an experiment shrouded in mystery-and ethical gray areas. Dr. Aria Voss, a brilliant geneticist with a mind like no other, is brought in to study an extraordinary alien specimen. She's a woman of science, grounded in logic and precision, yet challenged by the world's view of her autism, which has isolated her from colleagues and any real connections. But her work offers her purpose and control in a life that often feels anything but. Her newest subject, known only as "Specimen X," is like nothing Aria has ever encountered. With a striking humanoid form marked by bioluminescent skin, intricate markings, and eyes that seem to hold a universe of secrets, he is a being from a world humanity can barely imagine. But as she delves deeper into her study, Aria begins to suspect that he is far more than just a research subject. Underneath the cold detachment of the laboratory, there's a fierce intelligence-and a sorrow that resonates with her own. As Aria uncovers the dark truths hidden within her organization, she finds herself torn between her loyalty to science and her growing empathy for the alien who has become her closest ally. When she learns of a sinister agenda threatening not only his survival but also her own, Aria must choose: stay silent and remain complicit, or risk everything to set them both free. Experiment X is a tale of love, sacrifice, and the courage to break free of society's bounds, even if it means defying the very foundations of science and humanity.

It is a slow burn, but worth it. ~ After a devastating alien invasion leaves Earth in ruins, humanity struggles to survive in isolated zones, clinging to life behind barriers of failing technology. Lena, a skilled engineer with fierce determination, dedicates her life to maintaining what little remains of this protective technology-especially the light posts that keep the Xyvarians at bay. But when a search for medicine pulls her outside the safe zone, she encounters a certain alien. Towering, muscular, and adorned with sharp, curving horns, this alien is a calculated hunter, though his interest in Lena is anything but logical. Drawn to her, he pursues her in a dangerous game of cat and mouse, one that blurs the line between predator and prey. As Lena fights to evade capture, the tension between them ignites into a charged, forbidden attraction that neither can fully understand. He is unlike any alien she's ever faced-Machiavellian, dangerous, unyielding, yet inexplicably captivated by her. Lena, wary and unwilling to surrender, finds herself both repelled and fascinated by the Xyvarian who watches her with a gaze that burns with something far more primal. As she grapples with confusing desires and the disturbing revelation of a breeding program, Lena is forced to question everything-her survival, her humanity, and her heart. ~ (The artwork featured in my cover photo was sourced from Pinterest.
