This time, the door closed with a stifling sense of irrevocability. This time, Crowley wasn't just walking out of his bookshop. This time, Crowley was walking out of his life. I forgive you. Foolish. Stupid. Cruel. Those hadn't been the words sitting at the tip of his tongue. Far from it. But it didn't matter. Those had been the words he spoke, and he couldn't take them back now. ~oOo~ Or, the one where Aziraphale realises he needs to ask Crowley's forgiveness this time. Meanwhile, Crowley is just trying to make the Bentley stop playing Taylor Swift.

"Oh. Yeah." Crowley shuffled his feet, looking surprisingly boyish. "Come to New York with me tomorrow?" Aziraphale blinked. "Why?" "To see how Warlock is doing," Crowley said, as if that was obvious. "Warlock?" He blinked again, and Crowley looked annoyed. Unfortunately what came out of his mouth was, "You were the one who suggested killing the boy." "It wasn't personal." Crowley took off his dark glasses, apparently the better to glare at him. "He's still our kid." "B-but, Crowley, he's not our kid," Aziraphale said helplessly, wondering if Crowley was going insane or if he was. "You're a terrible father for an angel," Crowley said, accusingly. "I'm a demon, and I make a far better mother." --- Aziraphale is almost certain that Crowley is only being perverse. But demons are unaccountable creatures, and Aziraphale finds himself flying to New York with him anyway.

A new angel is sent to monitor the humans and report back to Heaven as a replacement for Aziraphale. Despite pretending so well, and doing such a good job of fitting in with the humans for quite awhile now, she slips up, and reveals her identity when she senses such an immense amount of love in someone that she just can't believe it. "You are so loved!" She shouts at the person she feels this from, before running away stuck in her jealousy. This left Aziraphale to ponder why there was another angel on Earth, but he figures it out quickly. What he does have trouble with, is figuring out who in his 6,000 years could have loved him so much that it throws off an angel in disguise. Which is Crowley's cue to panic. Warning: they're both dumbasses. Also, lots of fluff. For his first project they have to pick a local sports team or one of their uni's sports teams to photograph and create a portfolio of. Harry decides he's going to pick the uni's soccer team so he can finally find out the name of one of their players and can stop referring to him as 'number 17' who he also finds out is the teams captain or 'the short guy.' What happens when he learns his name and his friends names and they all start becoming friends with each other? Will something bloom between Harry and the soccer teams captain?
