|| Book 1 of The Shadow's Melody || As a maid here at the new Opéra Populaire I can certainly sense something different. Something missing. It lacked him. The Opera Ghost who disappeared. I know I should let it go. I know I shouldn't constantly think about a dead man. A murderer. But I simply can't. I can't forget about that man I fell in love with those many years ago. I yearned to hear his angelic voice again. I begged for it. Hoped for it. Prayed for it. I called for him in my dreams. The man they called The Phantom of the Opera. I would never have guessed that my hopes and prayers would soon be answered.

"Hey, Camera Girl," I turn around to see Drew Steele, the 'leader' of the "Heart Breakers". Sure, he's attractive, tousled light brown hair and piercing blue eyes. "You forgot something." I look at his outstretched hands. My camera. "Th-" I start. "Get to your next class, Dylan," Mr. Clears says, looking up. I scowl before hurrying out the door. Shit. My camera. *** Dylan Scott is your average girl. She's a photographer, and hopes to go far with her photography. Drew Steele is your average bad ass. He won't take shit from anyone, and has probably broken a law or two. What happens when Drew happens to take Dylan's camera? How far will Dylan go to get her 'baby' back?

One thing I'll always remember is my parents saying "Everyone has a story" "Everyone has a story with a past, tragic or not. Everyone has a story that is meant to go unjudged, even if it was never told" But sometimes we forget that. Like when I though that my guardian was the devil. Even though he taught me how to laugh, how to protect, and even possible how to love. I only asked one thing "Why?" I still remember the one phrase that changed my life"Let me carry her" This one single and normal phrase was said by none other than Cooper Kingsley, our school's and town's bad boy. He was the championship boxer who drove a motorcycle and got into trouble frequently. He's the guy with brown hair that looked soft enough to run my fingers through, the guy with irresistible cold blue eyes and the guy with a built and strong body that made girls crazy. He wasn't your typical player either; no he was just hard to get- A complete tease. And the fact that he would volunteer to help a girl like this, was not normal. So what did Cooper Kingsley want anything to do with the bland and boring me? I was completely and utterly average. Or so I thought. So why did the devil suddenly become my guardian? Let's find out. Ranked #20 in teen fiction! When Noah Jones, the school's resident hottie, asked me to help him win his ex back, I told him he was crazy. I mean, sure my mom was Cupid (kind of anyway...it's a long story), but her knack for matchmaking definitely had not rubbed off on me. In fact, I'd never even had a boyfriend before, unless you counted Steven McWarry in the third grade, which I totally didn't. But for some reason, I decided to help him. Was it a bad idea? Yes. Was I digging myself into a hole too big to crawl out of? Absolutely. Did I regret it? Not one bit. At least, not yet anyway... PLEASE NOTE THIS BOOK IS NOT FANTASY AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY SUPERNATURAL THEMES. :) Contains some mature themes and coarse language\\Do not redistribute, reproduce or copy this story in anyway. This story is copyright.

After the Senior Year from hell, Isabelle Conway's life seems to be coming together. Finally. Scholarship to the college of her dreams? Check. Friends she couldn't imagine living without? Double check. Perfect (though sometimes super annoying) boyfriend? Triple check. Everything in the land of Isabelle is great. Kinda. When Issy receives an invitation she can't refuse and is forced to move to LA, Noah and Issy's relationship will be put to the ultimate test. Will these high school sweethearts beat the odds? - Yes, I suck at blurbs and yes much like Cupid's Daughter, Cupidity will most likely be clichéd. I'm okay with that. In fact, EMBRACE THE CLICHÉ. Please note that Cupidity is a sequel, so please read Cupid's Daughter first, otherwise many parts of this novel will not make sense. If you choose to read Cupidity first anyway... well, good luck. Please note that this story contains coarse language and some mature themes. Also, this story is no longer set in high school, but college. Therefore, Issy is going to be facing some more adult situations and there will be some scenes that are aimed at a mature audience. Please take this into consideration before reading.

After being abducted by a sadistic sociopath, Reign O'Connor devises a plan to make her captor's son fall in love with her in order to aid in her escape. Nineteen-year-old Reign O'Connor has begun to rebuild her life after her mother's death-thriving as a dedicated student at the San Francisco Art Institute, shining on stage in theatre productions, and basking in the warmth of her adoring boyfriend. But when she steps out of her dorm one innocent Sunday morning, she has no idea fate is about to upend everything she knows. Reign is abducted by Dane Donavon, a sadistic collector of young women he calls his "dolls." Imprisoned in Dane's basement-forced to endure isolation in individual, chained rooms-Reign becomes one of many victims under his cruel control. Dane's twenty-year-old son, Avery, acts as both caretaker and captive; while Avery's chains are psychological, he remains powerless under his father's authority. Gentle by nature, Avery seeks to comfort the imprisoned girls, quietly insisting he is nothing like Dane. Reign, determined to survive, sees Avery's vulnerability as her only hope and crafts a daring plan: make Avery fall in love with her and secure her escape. But as their bond grows, Reign must face the reality that darkness runs deeper than she ever imagined-and that the line between savior and captor may be more blurred than she's willing to believe.
