Tim sees Lucy in the dress she has selected for John and Bailey's wedding, so they end up arriving late to the ceremony...and sneaking off during the reception. Plus, some conversation in between.

This is based on The Rookie television series. I do not own the characters. This fanfic is an homage to the best TV couple - Lucy Chen and Tim Bradford. Also known as #Chenford. My writing mostly sticks with Canon, but I include additional scenes and internal thoughts of the characters.
