After the crushing loss at Internationals, the dancers return to the studio, but things feel...off. With Michelle gone, some relish a newfound freedom, while others feel an unshakable void. Michelle, haunted by her past, finally returns- only to find herself on the outside looking in. Her influence seems to have faded, and the once-close team has drifted. In her absence, a new dancer has taken center stage: confident, clever, and dangerously manipulative. She weaves her way through the studio, forming alliances, stirring rivalries, and establishing herself as the ringleader. With her own agenda and jealousy simmering beneath the surface, she'll stop at nothing to push Michelle out for good. Meanwhile, Richelle finds a bond with Scarlett. But as shadows from Scarlett's past begin to surface, Richelle realizes she's in for a dangerous ride, one that could put everything- and everyone- at risk. Can Michelle reclaim her place before the new arrival tears the studio apart?

Nothing ever seemed to go right in Noah's life. Even including getting the job of his dreams. Becoming Head Choreographer of The Next Step was supposed to mean big things for his career. Instead, he feels as if he's a therapist for anyone in drama that wishes to vent. But, perhaps this new situation will lead him to information he never expected or wanted to find. Heath never felt like he belonged anywhere. From only living with his mother, who has developed a drinking problem after the death of his father, to being part of a team of people he shares a mutual hatred with. Maybe he can find company in the one person he actually enjoys spending time with. However, with major plans changing for a-troupe, they may have to rely on each-other more than ever.

When both The Next Step and Lost and Found Music Studios have to merge for their showcase, their task is to collaborate and work together to put on a show that no one will forget. But can everyone work past their personal problems?
