LATE 2023, EARLY 2024 Kazuya Takahashi finds himself abroad in the Unova region for the winter. No family to mess around with. No Pokémon to battle. No kobudo training. He's there strictly for music school with arrangements made by his best friend's older sister, Ayame. While in music school, he meets an enthusiastic trumpeteer named Jeremy Ramos. Jeremy takes a liking to Kazuya and tries to cheer him up whenever, but Kazuya isn't certain its that easy.

2017 An 11 year old Kazuya Takahashi accompanies his older sister, Hikari, while she's a year away in the Alola region for school. The young boy meets a girl from the Aether House named Acerola, and the two form a friendship, as Kazuya gets more comfortable around Ghost-type Pokémon.
