Levis größte Herausforderung? - Ayumi Chagara, Soldatin einer Spezialeinheit. Chagara nervt. Aber irgendwie anders. Und plötzlich hat Levi lauter neue Gedanken: Beziehung, Familie, Kinder, Haus, Teeladen. Aber darf ein Soldat des Aufklärungstrupps und ehemaliger Bewohner der Unterwelt solche Träume haben? Und wie sollen sie wahr werden, wenn gerade die Mauer Maria gefallen ist und die Operation Rückeroberung bevorsteht? Kurz nach Mitternacht an seinem Geburtstag steht Levi völlig durchnässt mit Kommandant Erwin im Zimmer von Peter. Dieser gehört weder zur Militärpolizei noch zur Mauergarnison und ist trotzdem Kommandant. Von was? Und wieso hat Peter Ähnlichkeit mit Erwin? Doch während Levi über diese Fragen grübelt, planen Erwin und Peter eiligst die nächsten Schritte. Ohne eine Miene zu verziehen, hob Levi seinen Blick von den Fliesen und musterte das Mädchen, das nun im schwarzen Slip und weißer Bluse vor ihm stand. Es war definitiv eine Uniformhose, die ihr nicht passte. Hatte das verzogene Gör ihren ersten Tag?

Die Welt der Titanen ist hart, die Missionen schwer zu bewältigen und das Training so anstrengend, dass einem der ganze Körper schmerzt. Doch da ist etwas, oder eher jemand, der dir das Leben teilweise noch schwerer macht: Levi Ackerman, der stärkste Mann der Menschheit und dafür bekannt, keine Gefühle zu zeigen.
