When one-month-old orphaned boy Hiccup Haddock is brought before the King and Queen of Arrendale, they take him in and act as his parents. Lo que no contaba cierto castaño, es que cierta loli dragona que, por azares del destino pasaba por ahí detecta que la energía de un ser parte dragón dragón de va desvaneciendo, llega al lugar donde estaba el cuerpo de Issei medio muerto, esta revisa los recuerdos de Issei para ver lo que le sucedió para que este en ese estado, esta al terminar de ver los recuerdos siente unas ganas de destruir las facciones por casi matar a un dragón, Ophis se lleva el cuerpo de issei a la brecha dimensional y con la ayuda de Great Red le crean un cuerpo 100% dragonico a issei con la carne y sangre de Red y la energía Infinita de Ophis.
