"That would be doctor to you, Commander, not sweetheart." Sienna Dreis is the lead doctor for the Resistance. She is dedicated and witty. Poe Dameron is their best pilot. He is reckless and charming. The two of them have seen their fair share of casualties. The teasing comments, endless flirting (on Poe's part), and the dedication to their work helps guide them through one of the most unstable times in the galaxy. Learning to lean on one another for support, the doctor and commander navigate their growing relationship in the hopes that they are able to live long enough to see the Resistance overcome the constant threats it faces. *Everything belongs to the StarWars series except my characters and elements to the plot*

**Nanowrimo 2023** Savannah is creative soul fatigued by the doldrums of her banal day to day who finds herself hopeleslly under the spell of an abandonded victorian house on an idyllic seaside cliff in Astoria Oregon. Against her better judgment, she sheds the life she knows to jump at the chance to make the house hers, only to find out too late that it comes with the benefit of an obnoxious ghost, a storied past that has marked it with disaster, and that it has a disquieting tendency of drawing all manner of strangeness to its door. -----This is a very rough draft. I am posting my 1600 words nightly without any editing at all, in hopes I can keep the momentum without getting too caught up in the weeds of polishing so ye be warned - there be typos and worse.

Two witches, a cheshire cat and a changling guard an in-prisoned ancient horror that slumbers under the cottage floorboards. Read on as rituals pan out differently than intended, no one is who or what they seem, books of shadows take on lives of their own, misfits survive on creativity and the merit of prescribed reality is questioned... but at what cost? With a tailor who is terrible with money but great at talking himself into and out of trouble and a mage who hasn't actually passed his exams yet, can this motley band get Robin home in one piece and clear Galahad's name in the process? A Knights Gambit has been taken down while I work on finishing the second half (and making edits as my beta readers have recommended). I will bring it back again as soon as I am able.
