But while he's in self-exile, Megatron gets stalked, intimidated, and defeated by a dark and mysterious raven-like bounty huntress who wants him to die for good. Eventually Megatron makes new friends who are Tap-Out, his former gladiator school classmate, friend and current streetfighter, and Glyph, Tap-Out's pregnant wife. And the new enemies, Megatron made in his exile are Strika and her family: her Predacon husband, Obsidian, her oldest son Granite, her younger son, Striker, and her youngest and only daughter, Obsidia. And Apeface, Tap-Out's former street-fighting partner. They all go after a Wishing Well to grant them a single wish. Meanwhile, Megatron and the Decepticons have made their arrival on Earth and are planning to find Energon resources before the Autobots do while planning to conquer the new world they're in. Will Optimus Prime and his Autobots find a way to help Arcadia and themselves find a solution to their war problems? Or will Megatron and the Decepticons exact their revenge on the Autobots?

Megatron was close to victory when he learns of Smokescreen and how he once saved him as a newborn sparkling before the Great War until that young Autobot rookie decides to become a Decepticon to try to reform Megatron and find out about his parents and Smokescreen would later learn that Megatron is more than meets the eye as he becomes a father-figure to him.

In this fanfic, set a month after Transformers: Prime: Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising, Ultra Magnus steps up as Autobot leader following Optimus Prime's sacrifice to rejuvenate Cybertron. With the Great War over and Unicron imprisoned, tranquility reigns. However, a fresh threat emerges in the form of Decepticon Switchblade and his forces. Megatron's absence and self-exile have left a power vacuum. As Cybertron is rebuilt, Bumblebee, Smokescreen, and Knockout rise to prevent the resurgence of the Decepticons and the looming threat of another cataclysmic Great War.

The tyrannical Lord Valcon and his own Decepticon army have conquered and enslaved the Transformer colony planet, Omnitron. It was then that Aeon and his best friend, Terax, discovered a legendary weapon called The Sword of Justice at the mines before they escaped and met a blind hermit and soothsayer named Genesis Prime. Aeon would later become the hero and champion of the planet Omnitron after years of training with Genesis Prime as his mentor and Aeon would lead a rebellion against Lord Valcon, the Heralds of The Fallen, and the evil Decepticons who enslaved Omnitron.
