Everyone thought they would fail but when the hideout is raided and the villains are arrested they find a boy. Oyama Sanyu is a hero from another world where no one is born with powers and quirks aren't a thing. The fact he has powers at all is kind of a mistake. He's saved the world more times than he can count on one hand and has the scars to prove it. To all the adults in this world though, he's just a traumatized kid.
