Her father does not agree though. She plans to leave and runaway on her twenty-first birthday, but just a month before her father stops her by ordering her to be put into a prison. Using all the strength she has, she gets away and runs back into the woods. During her escape she runs into a huntsman who agrees to help her get to a village where she knows the people there will help her get away. Along there journey they get close, sharing many stories and experiences, maybe the huntsman is Rosemarie's way of finally getting her freedom and adventure.
