This is a work of fanfiction, all credit and characters belong to Shannon Messenger. Placed after Stellarlune, for the sake of the story Elysian is gone, and most of Keefe's powers are fixed. NO Mature/Explicit scenes. Keefe's forehead was searing hot against Sophie's shoulder, she pressed it harder against her, hoping to brand the feeling there. "You don't always mess things up Keefe." Unable to resist the soft tendrils tickling her fingers, she slid her fingers up the nape of his neck and into his hair. The sound he made, could have only be described as a whimpered groan, his arms pulling Sophie impossibly close to him. "I want you." Keefe's voice was strangled. "I want you so much, Sophie. I want you to be mine, I want you to look for me whenever you go into a room- the same way I look for you. I want you to think of me as soon as you wake up, and right before you go to sleep- the way I think of you. I want you to-" Emotions choked out Keefe's voice, Sophie pulled away just enough for her eyes to find his, Keefe's breath coming out in harsh jagged rasps, his eyes burned into hers with sheer desperation. Tears sprung into Sophie's as she recognized just how much Keefe needed her- a desperation that consumed him from the inside out, a feeling that reflected her own. "I'm yours." Sophie promised.

Sophie and Keefe have been getting on each other's nerves ever since the first day they met at Foxfire. One day, when a prank goes a bit too far after a heated fight, Keefe discovers that he's seriously injured Sophie. Will they continue the prank war, or discover something else... something more? (Sokeefe Match list Story) Sophie and Fitz decide to sign up for the Match together, but there's a catch. If you're in a relationship, you have to undergo a test to see if you're compatible for the Number One Match. Sophie is hoping for a happily ever after, but when she receives the letter about Fitz's eligibility, it's not the news she was expecting. The letter reveals that Fitz is not eligible as her Number One Match. It explains that they don't complement each other and simply cannot be matched. Devastated and confused, Sophie thinks there might be a mistake and tells Fitz. However, he is furious and breaks up with her. Heartbroken, she tries to understand why it wasn't meant to be. Along the way, she discovers who truly has her heart. Keefe is struggling, but he's also a little relieved that Sophie is happy, but he doesn't like seeing her with Fitz. When he learns that they are signing up for the Match, he decides to bury his feelings and not give up on them. However, everything changes when he finds out that Sophie and Fitz couldn't be matched. Will Sophie be able to discover who truly has her heart?

He turned towards her side of the bed, snaked his arms around her waist, and slide his leg between hers, kissing the back of her neck lightly until she started to wake. She hummed with a smile as she turned in his arms to look at him, "Early riser are we?" He smiled and placed a small kiss on her forehead before replying. "I have to go soon, it's almost 5," he whispered. She frowned and put her own arms around his torso holding him against her. "No. I forbid it. Stay with me."
