After the revolution and freeing of androids, Conner decides to come back to work as a real police officer. Some people aren't happy to see this.

Detroit: Become Human AU, where it is instead set in a high school. --- He flew past you. That was the best way to describe it. The way he moved was like a bird taking flight. You wouldn't think his feet were touching the ground at all, if it weren't for the quiet sound of the crunching shoes on soil. The blue triangle on the back of his uniform turned into a blur as he raced past the other members of the team. They were there, but all you truly saw was him. He must have felt your gaze on him, because suddenly he halted. Time was frozen now. You stood there motionless, as he turned to meet your eyes. "...Who was that?" You just managed to gasp out. "Hm? Oh, that. Connor. His name is Connor." --- At your last school, you were known as 'the swan'. You were a dancer. You always had been. But a certain incident left you not only with physical scars, but it also left you with a lack of confidence. Now, transferring into Detroit High School, you hoped to get through the year without anyone knowing who you were in the past. That was, until you met two certain boys, who vow to teach you how to fly again. - Genres of drama, comedy, and romance. There are no androids in this story; all androids are portrayed as humans instead. It is set in modern times, not in the future as Detroit: Become Human is. There is foul language in this story!!
