This is an Owl House fanfic. Its a what if Hunter was raised as a human, but he still is a grimwalker. Hunter was raised by Ms. Noceda. Luz found her way into the Boiling Isles Hunter follows her. Eda knows what Emperor Belos would do if he found Hunter so she tries to protect him, she tries to get him to go back to the human realm but he won't go with out Luz. This is a goldric fanfic, even though its not gonna be canon.

Hunter was Cursed as an orphan child. He ran away from the orphange and found himself in possession of a way to The Human Realm. He found a abandoned house, An abandoned House Demon, and a Knack for Human collectables. (In this story Hunter was never a grim Walker he was a orphan. He never joined the emperors coven because he got cursed at tryouts. Eda and Lilth both joined the Coven when they were little girls, and Hunter found The Owl House Abandoned.) (Takes places after Hunting Palismen.) After Kikimora returned to Emperor Belos to tell him that the Golden Guard was "dead", something inside himself changes. Hunter showed up in the throne room as Kikimore left. Belos was grateful that his nephew was alive and to him, he didn't care that there weren't any palismen. After what happened with that mission, Belos decided to fix his relationship with Hunter. By being a better uncle to him.

People say, "Change anything, change everything", well, let's see how much would change, if it wasn't Eda and Owlbert who brought Luz to the boiling isles, but Hunter and Flapjack instead. How much could that change in her story? Let's find out shall we. Basically, it's an au where Hunter takes Eda's place, but not exactly. It's a little different than you'd think. Hunter Noceda had fuzzy memories regarding when he first met Camila and Manny. All he remembered was feeling scared, running through a door and being confused when he looked back and saw an old house, and the feeling of cold rain showering down upon him. And he didn't know why he had a tendency to subconsciously head back to that old house. So when one day he decides to open the door and see what was so special about this old house to him, he discovered another world behind it. ...And then a small, flying owl knocked into him, carrying a bag of trash, pushing him inside. --- So this is an AU where Hunter and Luz swap places! But Hunter's still a grimwalker and Luz is still a human, in case you were wondering. So yeah :D Also this fanfic has chapters written in advance, so that there isn't months before every update. :)
