Have you ever imagined being in the shoes of the writers of the show? Which scene would you pick, and what would you change about it? Would you: make it shorter, erase it, extend it, give it another ending, change the dialogue, add more emotion, angst, drama...? This is a place where I let my imagination run wild! SWAT characters belong to CBS, and in no way does this fic involve anyone related to the show itself.

I'm still seeing where this goes but so far it is continuations of episodes, things I wished had happened on screen and filling in plot holes that annoyed me, all from season 5. These are all in chronological order up to 5.05 and pick up from existing scenes, made clear in the text. All characters are from the CBS show SWAT.

Chris and Street decide to take a trip to Salt Lake City, Utah to celebrate Christmas together. Even if certain aspects of their vacation go unexpected, all matters is that they're together for the holiday and for always.

Street was taken hostage on a plane (5x19) and once saved by 20 Squad, he left the tarmac with a flight attendant before he and Chris had a chance to talk...really talk, so that's exactly what happened after shift. Willing to fully risk losing her spot on the team, she's ready to come clean about her feelings and give them the shot he's been fighting for years. The question is; are her and Jim on the same page? ____ "Maybe we should both just stop running," she tried. Jim shook his head. "I stopped running three months ago. You made it explicitly clear that you wanted nothing to do with me, so that's what I got accustomed to. You can't come back, after four months of absolutely nothing, and just decide that we can finally give us a shot just because you decided that you're ready. That's not how that works."

Swat fanfic do not own anything. Every once in a while the team will go to there favorite bar to go out and have some fun but there is a twist it also includes karaoke and you have to participate. It's street's first time going and things are still a bit tense and awkward between him and chris but they manage to get him on board. But what he doesn't know is that the team besides chris planned it for that very reason and who knows it might work read and find out.
