Kevin Perez, in other name(s), Kay Flock. His passion is to get himself and family out the hood. His vision is a clear path with small obstacles on the sidelines. Kay defines himself around gangs in NYC, one of them is being the DOA. Kay became known after he killed a man in broad daylight. Unfortunately, the man and Kay Flock had beef and Kay had ended up having a altercation with the man, Kay was trying to flee away from him because he had his little sister with him as they were going to their grandmas house, but the man didn't care and followed Kay until Kay pulled his gun out, shooting and killing the man.
