After Sakaar, Thor and Bruce arrive back to Earth, move in with the other Avengers in the Compound, and start dating. All is well. Until one day, inexplicably, Thor wakes up in the past. He is told he will only be there for a day, and just needs to figure out why he's there. So now he needs to find his purpose for why he's there...and get through the day so he can get back to Bruce. Thor Odinson is no stranger to earth. He was sent here for a short while to study, but was brought back to Asgard to complete his training as God of Thunder. He returns to earth years later to stop his mischievous brother. Once he sees what mischief his brother has caused, he decides to help the Avengers, earth's mightiest heroes, defeat aliens from destroying New York. Thor decides to stick around. He knows little about this planet from his younger years, but he will surely defend it like his homeworld. • It's not long before Thor makes friends with everyone in the Avengers team, bumping into some of his old pals from academy. He quickly connects with them. Everyone finds Thor so charming and charismatic, but it isn't until he bumps into his childhood crush, Bruce Banner, that he really starts to enjoy his time on earth. • Who knew the Hulk was so soft?

"Do you remember Betty Ross?" Thor says, out of the blue. He had taken a call in the other room, before sitting for a good ten minutes. They just sat in the kitchen of the Avengers compound, having tea, when he blurted it out. It stunned Bruce into such silence that he couldn't answer. He took deep breaths and tried to slow his heart rate.

Bruce doesn't hate the beach. He'd just much rather sit inside, with the glass door open, listening to the waves and reading. Thor has other ideas, that might just cost him. (And Thor has long hair here, non-canon compliant. SUE ME. He needs those surfer waves for a beach story.)

Since Thorbruce is such an underrated ship with a small amount of fics, I decided to write a series of Oneshots that can be interpreted as a continuing story. I don't want to call it a story because it won't have an overarching plot. This will literally be a collection of fluff and wholesomeness. Also, this book will be Smut free.
