Marinette is a 23 year old girl who lives in Shanghai, China with her parents, just finished her degree in Fashion Design. It's been Marinette's dream to work in Fashion, ever since she was 5 years old. Marinette has a sister named Kagami, who is 2 years older than Marinette. The sisters aren't on good terms. Marinette can't find a job in China so she decided to move to Paris. But she has so little money from almost having to pay student loans for her college tuition.
