A work-related injury leaves special agent Michael O'Connolly forced to part ways with the FBI on an extended sick leave. He's been out of commission for weeks and is desperately ready for some action, but when he grabs hold of a filthy street kid, trying to pick his pockets, he gets more than he bargained for. Nineteen year old Jason Thames was accustomed to hard living. The streets had been his life for more years than he cared to remember. He did whatever he could to survive, but one cold, wet night he picks the wrong pocket, and gets caught up in a world he never thought he could have. The agent is harsh and intimidating, but he wants to help him, even when he discovers that Jason has a two year old son; Little Timmy. Over time, the attraction between the two men simmers, and Michael finds himself falling for both his house guests, but how can he hope for a future when the present is so riddled with uncertainty?

Full version of Second Edition available on Amazon and via Kindle Unlimited. Chris Sinclair fades under a dark cloud after losing his mother to cancer. On the cusp of adulthood, he doesn't know where he should go or how to get there. But watching life pass him by was never the plan, and when he is forced to attend a concert in an attempt to coax him out of his shell, he discovers that life might have more to offer. Dante Heron holds the audience between his delicate bow and the tips of his fingers. He plays the violin as if every heart is his to command, but the discipline needed to perfect his skills has left him with nothing to spare. He's a fire that burns too bright or not at all-unpredictable and demanding. When Chris is unexpectedly offered a job to travel around Europe as Dante's assistant, or 'friend', he surprises himself by accepting. Their journey barely starts before Chris realizes he's in over his head. Every step along the way is fraught with tension, and the farther they go, the closer they veer to a breaking point. Invisible strings are at play, stitched into Dante's life by those who should have taught him how to love. Perhaps Chris is right to be afraid, but sometimes, what you fear the most is what you can't afford to lose.

This was a challenge on a forum, although it's more than that to me as I started writing this long before I saw the challenge. This is the story of love, and loss, of family and acceptance; the second part of this story is a secondary challenge within the challenge. There is no dialog in the second chapter, simply thought, emotions, memories, and the like, I hope everyone enjoys this story.

[BoyxBoy - Completed] (Sequel to "The Rent Boy") Mitch has spent his life hiding everything he knew he was, after years of being told it was wrong. But after a little provocation from Tyler, he's finally had enough. With so much emotion building up inside of him, his calm demeanour begins to slip. Now that Ash was gone, keeping everyone from ripping each other apart had become his responsibility––not that he was doing a great job of it. Between Tyler destroying himself and Tony struggling to keep things together, Mitch had no idea what to do. And Alex? Well, the least he could say was that he tried.
