They passed down similar traits and gifts to their unique twin children, Emma and Ezekiel, some more so than others. In the meantime, Alice's parents, with the help of the only two other remaining Immortals, eradicated Kane's hybrids, leaving only a few known hybrids, which were Anna, Ali, Aiden, and Aiden's twin sister. Alice's parent asked her to join them, but her primary focus was on finding Aiden's twin sister, who was stolen by Sophia and Kane when she was an infant. Alice had begun to lose hope of finding Aiden's twin sister until a recent tip indicated a possible sighting at a carnival on the West Coast. Sophia was seen accompanied by a man and two children. The boy was much younger than the girl, suggesting the girl could be Aiden's twin. Unfortunately, as fate would have it, it appeared Kane was still alive, as he was the man seen with them at the carnival, meaning Alex hadn't succeeded in killing his brother after all, or he did succeed, and Kane found a way to escape his demise. Alice couldn't shake the feeling that there was so much more to this than she knew.
