Although things only get worse when he finds out the syndicates number one target, is his childhood best friend jschlatt, who charlie lost contact with once he got into the presidency. Tommy was @bu$ed as a young child, in and out of foster homes, until when he was just about 13 he ran away, he was scared though learned to fend for himself. until he was discovered..
