Scott and Mitch are finally together after they confessed their love for each other. It's been two and half years since Mitch's last relationship with Alex. Mitch becomes upset and Scott is all he's got since he left to live in California with him. They soon face some obstacles that stand in their way; will they be able to still together and get through it or fall apart and leave one another as just simple things known as memories.
