Isabelle falls into a world of drugs, trying to earn as much money as she can in order for her mother to receive as much treatment as there is. Van doesn't know how to react or cope, and is stuck in a knot of what to do. I mean, after all, what would you do if your best friend's mother was slowly dying of cancer?
