𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭.
𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐕𝐎𝐓𝐄 ⭐️
In a city hollowed out by poverty and smoke, where souls feel as distant as stars behind smog, five boys move like shadows-reckless, restless, trying to claw their way to tomorrow. They've got nothing but each other and a hunger that can't be fed by food or dreams.
Among them, two boys-caught in their own orbit. One, sharp-edged and silent, has learned to trust no one, carved cold by a world that punishes softness. The other still cares too much, still believes there's something worth saving, even as the streets grind kindness into dust.
One watches the other when he thinks no one sees. The way his laugh cuts through the static. The way his hands shake when he's angry but he hides it anyway. It twists something in his chest he can't name. He's never had a crush before-never had the space to want, to feel something so useless. So he tells himself it's nothing. Just a look. Just a moment. Just-
The other knows. Not everything, but enough. Enough to feel that ache when they're close, that stupid hope when they brush shoulders or sit a little too near. He doesn't say anything. How could he? In a place where being gay isn't socially accepted, and love is a luxury no one can afford.
So they keep moving. Five shadows against the backdrop of a dying city. And in the spaces between violence and survival, something almost tender lingers-unspoken, unnoticed, but stubborn as a heartbeat. As their days blur into one long fight to survive, their love becomes the only thing that feels real- but even that can't escape the rules of their world. Because good things don't last. And nothing here is forever.
