Constitute Trilateral Institution, or "CTI" for short. It is a institution or asylum for people who have mental illness, majorly depressed, and more. Everyone knows that's just a crazy home for crazy people. Zayn Javaad Malik forced into CTI for having Manic Depression, also has become Suicidal. Liam James Payne, his principal and parents made arrangements for him to CTI as well for having extremely high depression, also self-harming when no ones around to witness. Niall James Horan, inscure, has a development of Anorexia/Bulimia. While his goal was to weigh 45 lbs in 3 months, but instead his brother,Greg, found out about everything. Harry Edward Styles, he's gone crazy ever since his older sister Gemma died. He also has Bipolar, in which he can be happy one minute, the next, he's blaming himself for Gemma's death. Thus his mother can't take anymore of Harry's illness. Last, Louis William Tomlinson. His the most "fucked-up" (that's what he's been told since he was 16). His panic attacks and anxiety gets to him everyday. Then afterwards, he's blaming himself for everything wrong. As all five boys are pulled into this Institution, they're piecing themselves together, one by one, but what shocks them all is that, they're being loved.
