It's December 17th 1896 I had just moved to America from France. My family lived in a small log cabin in the middle of nowhere (lower Michigan) and it was horrible my room was dark and cold my life was a mess. school was horrible I was so behind I was basically failing. Nothing would help me. Then 2 days after we moved I got lost in the woods while searching for my dog Ace in the very woods I was afraid of... mostly because of the Indians (Native Americans) roaming the woods nearby....
