تدور القصة حول لوفي، الطالب الذي نقل حديثًا، ويخفي ماضيًا مظلمًا. وعن لاو، زميله الأصغر البارد في الجامعة. بعد اضطرارهما لمشاركة الغرفة، تبدأ الذكريات المؤلمة بالظهور، مما يكشف عن روابط خفية. فهل يمكن أن تتحول الكراهية إلى مشاعر أعمق بينهما؟

Trafalgar Law is a 26 year old medical student. His first day working on the emergency room changed his life forever, as he meets someone who will become very special to him: Monkey D. Luffy.

Everyone gets marks at least once in their lifetime. It's just a matter of when. Marks can appear red, or black, the marks aren't set in stone. They're subject to change, they can disappear, change color, or even scar. A black mark means feelings on all sides are mutual, red means the love is unrequited, and well, a scar comes from a mark dying. Law is not one easily persued, he's never gotten a mark, and finds them to be, putting it frankly, a load of crap. How could some inexplainable mark on the skin determine love anyway? Luffy, on the other hand, loves so much. He's had four marks, all of which have scared. Luffy has been through a lot, he's convinced himself marks are cursed in the past. But this time he'll make sure it's different.
