"You got three seconds to open this door before I kick that bitch in," a deep voice growled through the wood. Zamara's heart jumped. She wasn't expecting nobody-especially not a man with a voice that rough and mean. "Nigga, who the fuck-" she started, yanking the door open. And immediately regretted it. He stood there like a shadow from hell. Tall. Broad. Tatted. And mad as fuck. A black hoodie hugged his body, revealing a Glock tucked at his hip. "Where. The fuck. Is Kyndall?" he asked low and slow. Zamara crossed her arms over her chest, attitude activated. "I don't know, and I damn sure ain't scared of you standing here mean-mugging like you somebody daddy." A smirk curled on his lips. "You should be scared, ma." Then he leaned in, real close. "But lucky for you... I don't hit women. I just fuck 'em crazy and make sure they don't walk right for three days." Her breath caught, but her mouth didn't. "Boy, please." "You gon' be sayin that from my bed soon. Watch."

*NOT EDITED* "You're mine to kiss," he murmured against my skin, his mouth moving to my neck, pressing soft, slow kisses there. "Mine to love." Roman's lips continued to trace lower, lingering along my cleavage longer than I anticipated. His kisses were slow, deliberate, leaving behind a warmth I couldn't ignore. I felt the pressure of his mouth against my skin, each soft touch making it harder to resist him. His lips pressed against my skin, and I felt him leave a mark, a hickey right at the curve of my breast. My breath hitched as he pulled away slightly to look at the mark he left, his eyes dark with desire. I could see the need in his eyes-the hunger for me, the desperation. "If I ever catch you with another man again, Solana." he said in a low voice, his words practically a warning, "I'll kill him." first story please be kind!! will be smut but not a lot.

First book πŸ’. Starting college was supposed to be Violet Vale's escape plan. New country. New city. New campus. And then there's Ethan Maddox-tattoos inked like warnings, that infuriating smirk, and a six-foot-five presence that fills every room like he owns it. Her brother's best friend. Her worst enemy. And now? Her accidental shadow at Northbridge University. Violet's spent years trading insults and eye-rolls with Ethan, ever since he became an honorary part of her family. But there's nothing brotherly about the way he looks at her now-or the way her pulse reacts when he calls her Vi like it's some kind of challenge. He's cocky. Infuriating. One year older. And the only person on campus who makes her feel anything at all. They're not friends. Definitely not something more. But the line between hate and something far messier is starting to blur. And when hearts get tangled... Someone's going to fall. Warning: May contain profanity and sexual content.
