Alex hates his semester abroad in London. There's no good coffee, the accents drive him up the wall, and the weather makes him even more miserable. He's certain that he'll carry on hating it forever until fate steps in and introduces him to Pez and Henry. Henry, the pretentious knob in his literature class. Henry who, apparently, is actually a lot different than Alex assumed. They become fast friends which is great. And totally explains why Alex is jealous of Henry's new boyfriend. Right?

Alex has a huge crush on his roommate Henry, but the problem is that 1. Henry doesn't know that he's Bi 2. Henry has a date When left alone with his thoughts Alex's feelings grow stronger and stronger. But Henry would never like him back, would he?

"Pez starts to think about his own wardrobe, and what he wears that none of the others would ever dream of wearing. Maybe he can buy them all multicolored wigs to match his platinum hair, or maybe he can buy body glitter and have a field day in the limo. Or maybe he can buy them all matching jackets. Ugh, this is too difficult. Actually, matching jackets isn't such a bad idea, but it is kinda boring. Enter: kimonos." Or: Pez decides he wants to take the Super Six clubbing (before they were the Super Six), and goes through the intense process of choosing the nicknames for the backs of their kimonos.

Henry surprises Alex on Christmas, because they're cute and can't get enough of each other.

Alex doesn't have anything against his roommate-or his sexual proclivities; obviously, there's nothing wrong with that, but it gets to a point where almost every other night Henry has a 'friend' over and Alex has to pull out his noise-canceling headphones to be able to endure another minute in their shared dorm.
