When Derek, after Stiles made up several lies to avoid being around the pack that even Scott caught onto, arrives at Stiles's room, he discovers a bag in the middle of being packed with medical supplies, loose clothing, and several entertainment items scattered on the bed. It also smelt like medical soap which made his nose wrinkle. The shower was heard on with the sound of Noah downstairs talking to someone. Before Derek could go ask him what was happening or if it was serious, Stiles walked into his room with his towel around his waist...and with a very obvious breast on his left side. After calming Stiles down from his panic and turn to let him dress, they talk about what's happening.
