My adoption into the Burkhardt family had been explained to me several times, something always felt off. Nick and I had moved around our whole lives with our Aunt Marie. Despite not being from their family I started seeing people turn into terrible creatures, Aunt Marie explained how I was a Grimm. She had taken me on my first mission at fifteen, where I discovered I was more than just a Grimm.
