Miles Quaritch failed his first mission to kill Jake Sully. Now, Bridgehead Command has a new mission for him and his surviving recoms, Wainfleet and Mansk. A mission to gather intel and make an alliance with the newly contacted Ash People, a Na'vi clan endemic to a volcanic archipelago. What's at first just orders will slowly come to change the young Colonel's life and his relationship with Pandora, his son, his enemies, and the RDA forever. Part 1 in the Avatar, A New Mission series. This large, slow-build story is essentially an Avatar 3 (with heat and flare!) through Miles Quaritch's eyes after the events of the Way of Water and continuing his parallels with Jake Sully. The story really expands to a movie-sized scope as it goes on. Features Miles' existential crisis and also flashbacks to when Spider was with the 1st Recom Unit. Recoms Lyle Wainfleet and Mansk are also greatly developed. Did my best to be logical and reasonable with the in-movies set canon, and sequel foreshadowing. There are a *few* instances of eventual smut, but there are content warnings and it is kindly written to be skippable if that's not your thing! : )

I am back at it again with another Avatar story this one as you can tell from the title is much different. Nora the daughter of Quaritch is reborn into an Avatar, at the age of 4 being killed in an incident at the Great War, when a ship landed and exploded the base she was hidden in. After 11 years, she's back and fully trained, prepared for the mission to kill Jake sully and his family. But will her thoughts changed when she's captured and taken away from Jake sully himself.

Into the depths of the story, the sky people have made their return to Pandora. Miles Quaritch and his recom squad have made a comeback and will be getting a taste of Pandora a little more than they should have.
