Wukong obviously accepted the bet thinking he would do it easily... but boy was he wrong. What if Mk were younger in the show than in canon like 7-10, things would be different and interactions would change. Mk would of been found by Pigsy and Tang a few years before canon at around 2, Mei will act as an older sister knowing him through Tang when she was in 13 or 15.
